Where is my invoice?

The easiest way is to locate your invoices by logging into your MaxSold online account.

In addition, we send out the invoice twice: an hour after the auction closes and the day of the pickup. To ensure you get your invoice email, please check your spam box to see if they went there, and add "support@maxsold.com" to the safe sender list.
