What if there is bad weather coming during the day of the pick up?

We are keeping a close eye on the current weather conditions, and will email you TWO hours before pickup if we change pickup date/time. Property keys will need to be handed over to new owners after the published pickup window - so there is NO alternative pick-up planned at this time.

However, if you absolutely cannot make it due to the weather conditions at pickup, please contact us AN HOUR before auction pickup by emailing support@maxsold.com and we will do our best to support an alternative arrangement (which may include a refund, alternative window, or other resolution depending on the situation and at our discretion based on the constraints given to us by the Seller). Note that if the weather has cleared, we will NOT execute an alternative.
