After you win an item, you will be able to view the invoice in your bidder account and schedule your specific time slot on the pickup day.
If you are picking up multiple lots, there is no need to select multiple pickup times; you will be automatically booked for a length of time corresponding to the number and category of items on your invoice.
You may also send a family member, friend, or delivery service to pick up your lots if needed. Be sure to give them a copy of your invoice and sign up for a pickup time that works for them. If picking up an invoice over $300, you will be asked to show proof of identity (photo ID or credit card used to complete the purchase).
The pickup day is scheduled in advance of auction opening to meet the seller’s deadline and in most cases no other pickup date is available.
