In order to conduct pickups safely in our new environment, Maxsold will be limiting the number of people on-site at any time. To facilitate a smooth and safe pickup experience for all involved, buyers will be required to select an available pickup following the auction close and receipt of invoices.
After an auction has closed and buyer invoices created, buyers will now see a 'Schedule Pickup' option when viewing an invoice on their account:
Selecting this option will provide a list of available time slots for pickup.
- Buyers should select an available time for which they will arrive at the pickup event.
- There is no need (or option) to select multiple pickup times; buyers will be automatically booked for a period of time corresponding to the number and category of items on their invoice.
After completing the signup you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes the full pickup address for the auction.
