Yes - click on your name in the top right corner, then click the Edit button in the User Login section. If you click ‘Change Password’, a reset link will be sent to your email address.
Changing your email is a multi-step process, for security purposes:
- When you type in a new email address and click ‘Save’, you will be prompted to log out and back in again (with your current email and password) to ensure that the account owner is the one making the change
- After logging back in, you will be able to change the email address and save it successfully
- When you attempt to log in with your updated email address, you will be notified that a verification link has been sent to that email address
- Once you click that link, the email change process will be complete!
Remember, updated login information (username and password) will also work on your mobile Seller App.
