We list items as ‘untested’ because our cataloging staff and sellers do not have the training, tools, and time necessary to definitively evaluate the working order of any item. Because of this, we choose not to assume or guarantee that any item is fully operational.
Please note that we are not able to issue refunds for an item that is not in working order unless it was explicitly described as ‘working’ in the catalog.
