Yes! Make sure they have a copy of your invoice (printed or digital) to present at the pickup location, and ensure that the pickup time slot you choose works for them. If your invoice is over $300, they must bring a picture of your credit card for verification (we only need to see the LAST FOUR DIGITS of that card in the picture for verification, everything else can be covered).
Note that as with any pickup, your representative will need to inspect the items at pickup and address any issues with the MaxSold team (or seller if an auction is seller managed), as claims for refund are not permitted after the items have been removed from the pickup location.
