The item(s) I purchased were not as described. Can I get a refund?

If anything is not as described or access for pickup is not given as stated, MaxSold will provide some form of refund in most cases, depending on the nature of the issue.  
All refund related issues need to be raised during the pickup event with MaxSold staff or the Seller (for Seller Managed Sales).  Refund requests placed 48 hours after pickup will not be considered, as the auction file will have been closed by that time.
