Q: My Maxsold bidder account has been suspend. Can I have it reinstated?
A: While creating a bidder account with Maxsold is free, it comes with responsibilities that all bidders are expected to follow. These include, but are not limited to:
- Completing payments for winning bids
- Picking up items within the scheduled timeframes
- Maintaining safe and respectful behaviour at all Maxsold events
Maxsold reserves the right to suspend bidding privileges if a bidder is found to be in violation of any of these terms, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions and communicated through email and other official channels.
If your account has been suspended and you believe this was in error or if you would like to request consideration for reinstatement, you may do so by completing the Maxsold Community Reinstatement Form. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and reinstatement is not guaranteed.
Important: Reinstated accounts are expected to adhere fully to Maxsold’s Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in permanent revocation of bidding privileges.
