We keep a close eye on the weather conditions for pickup day and will email you at least two hours before pickup begins if we decide to reschedule.
If you are unable to attend a pickup event due to inclement weather, please contact us at least one hour before pickup by emailing support@maxsold.com. We will do our best to arrange an alternative (another pickup time or refund, at our discretion and based on the seller’s constraints). Note that if the weather clears in time for pickup, we will not be able to arrange an alternative.
