MaxSold takes the legitimacy of all items sold through our platform very seriously. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, all sellers must confirm they have full legal ownership and the right to sell the items they list in an auction.
Specifically:
-
Every seller agrees that they are the lawful owner of the items or have the legal authority to sell them.
-
Sellers also agree that their items are not counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise unlawfully obtained.
-
By using MaxSold, sellers enter into a binding agreement stating that the sale complies with all local, provincial/state, and federal laws.
In addition:
-
MaxSold auctions are conducted with transparency and under a contractual agreement between MaxSold and each seller.
-
We maintain a strict compliance and oversight process, and we reserve the right to remove any item or suspend a seller if there are concerns regarding the legitimacy of their goods.
If you have concerns about a specific item, you are welcome to use the question feature on the lot page to request additional information directly from the seller. All responses are posted publicly for transparency.
