The Maxsold App is a user-friendly way to build your catalog on a smartphone or desktop.
- Download the Mobile App (Apple or Android) or you can use your desktop version here: maxsold.com/seller-app
- Select the "$ sell" option at the bottom right.
- Create a profile if you have not used our app before. If you have, you can login in with your existing password or Login Via Code (we will email you a code which you can enter to gain access)
- Click “Start a new sale” to create an auction, or select “Manage my sales” to find one that you’ve already created.
- To help a friend (or have a friend help you), you can click the “Share” button from inside the catalog to obtain your ID and PIN to give to a friend (or use the QR code feature!)
- You can create lots using our Smart Cataloging feature where you take photos and our Smart AI generates titles and descriptions for you to check and amend as needed. You can also manually catalog, or use photo only mode to later Smart Catalog on our Desktop Version
- Once you have completed cataloging, and all lots have at least 3 images, along with complete titles, and descriptions you can hit “Publish” to get your auction live! Follow the publish flow by selecting your marketing images, dates, times, and kick things off! We recommend a 7-11 day timeline for your auctions.
- Monitor your live auction right from the app!
- After your auction has closed, you can access your invoices from the app or desktop versions to prepare for your buyers arrivals.
