Once your auction is live, we highly recommend not removing lots as there is a quantifiable negative impact on the bidders’ perception of your auction and MaxSold’s ability to drive bids through our trusted and transparent process. Please do not make this decision lightly if you have a choice to leave it in the sale.
However, we are aware that you may still require us to remove a lot (or lots) from your online auction.
If you are looking to remove a lot once your dates are set but your auction is not live yet, please reach out by live chat or to maxservice@maxsold.com. You will not incur a fee at this stage.
For items removed once the sale has gone live or bidding has closed, a fee will be applied at the discretion of MaxSold. Please see our Seller Terms and Conditions for more information.
