Your payment information to receive auction proceeds is completed within the Maxsold App on the seller side (via Desktop or Mobile).

To access our payment portal:

Log into your Maxsold App on the seller side
Apple, Android, or Your Computer (maxsold.com/seller-app)
Go to "settings" (top right option on the app, bottom option on the left menus on desktop)
"Payment Details"
Then, enter your payment information!

This is an easy, one-time process and any future auctions you create under the same email will use this payment information.

Changing Your Payment Information

To change your payment information, it is accessible in the same way as above.

Inputting someone else's payment details

It is important that you should only enter your payment details under your profile and never someone else's. If you wish for the auction to be paid to someone else, you can follow the steps to Invite A Payee to your auction and allow them to enter their own information and select them as the payee from your app (as the catalog owner).
