Each of our auction service types has its own fee structure. All fees are collected at the end of the auction, no upfront payment is required.
MaxSold Managed:
Covers photography, cataloging, hosting the auction on our website, marketing, handling invoicing and payments, and managing pickup
$2000 flat fee, with a tiered commission structure:

30% commission for the initial $6,999.99 of the auction.

25% commission for any amount from $7,000 to $24,999.99.

20% for $25,000.00 to $49,999.99.

5% for any amount over $50,000.
Seller Managed:
Seller is responsible for cataloging, photography, and running the pickup event. MaxSold covers hosting the auction on maxsold.com, marketing, handling invoicing and payments. This service type has a tiered commission structure, with a $300 minimum commission:

30% commission for the initial $4,999.99 of the auction.

20% commission for any amount from $5,000 to $24,999.99.

15% for $25,000.00 to $49,999.99.

5% for any amount over $50,000.
Your invoice will provide a clear breakdown, detailing the commission cost at each tier, ensuring accurate representation of the commission percentage for each sales segment.
