When you have completed your catalogue draft, you will need to set dates for your auction. (Please keep in mind that you need to log in to the seller portal to access your draft. If you don't have an account, register using the email used on the contract)
-
The dates must be locked the day prior to your Auction Open date
-
If you lock the catalogue on a Monday, the first available day to open the auction would be Tuesday
-
-
There must be two full days (48 hours) between the auction closing date and the pickup day, to allow buyers to schedule their pickup time slots
- The pickup categories for your pickup should follow the guidelines in What are the pickup categories? The minimum length of your pickup will be calculated based on the number of lots you have and which categories they are assigned to. You can extend the length of pickup from the suggested times, but you cannot make it shorter.
- As category A items are typically quicker to remove, they will have the least amount of time allotted for buyers to remove the items or lots from the location, while later categories with larger items or lots will have more time allotted for their removal.
- Category A: 2 minutes per lot
- Category B: 4 minutes per lot
- Category C/D/E: 6 minutes per lot
