You can add different people to help you with your Maxsold Auction directly from your app! Your helpers will need to create a profile with their email on our Seller App and once they have done that, you have a couple of different ways to add them to your auction:
Have your helper on their app select Join a Sale and use one of the following methods:
- Within your catalog, click the Share button which will provide you a PIN number. Along with your auction ID, this can grant your helper access.
- QR Code - within the share function, a QR code will be shown which can also be used by your helper to join your catalog.
- From the Desktop Version - when in your catalog, select settings (the gear in the top right) > Manage Users > Add users. You can add them as a collaborator for the ability to assist you and this will also get them started on the app registration process if they have not done it already.
