User Roles
Owner
The creator of the catalog. The Owner has full access and controls all key catalog settings.
Collaborator
Collaborators can:
Create lots
Edit lots
Add or remove lots
View invoices
Collaborators have full access to cataloging tasks but do not have access to auction metrics (live or closed).
Admin
A Collaborator can be upgraded to an Admin role.
Admins can:
Publish the auction
Access all cataloging features
View full pickup information
View paid invoices once the auction is completed and ready for pickup
Client Roles
Consigner
Select Consigner when adding a client who needs to agree to the auction terms and conditions.
The consigner will receive an email prompting them to review and sign the contract
The auction cannot go live until the agreement has been completed
Consigners have the same permissions as the Viewer role
Viewer
Select Viewer when adding someone who needs visibility into the catalog and the ability to leave feedback.
Viewers can:
View the catalog contents
Add notes to lots
Viewers cannot:
See internal notes added by the seller or team
Viewers are not required to sign an agreement
