Yes! Profile edits (like your name) can only be made in the mobile app — this option is not available in the Desktop App
You can update your password in both the mobile and desktop versions of the app
To edit your profile VIA mobile app
- Select the "$ sell" option at the bottom right if applicable to ensure you are on the seller side of the app
- Open the app and tap Settings
- Select Account Settings

From there, you can update your name and password
To edit your password VIA desktop app
- Open your browser and log on to Maxsold.com/seller-app and tap Settings (Left hand column)
- Select Update Password
